6. Channel Partner Tagging Feature<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.1 Tagging Customers: The CPBroadcast App includes a feature that allows channel partners to digitally tag customers for site visits. This tagging is intended solely for the purpose of facilitating site visits.<\/p>\n

6.2 Tagging Duration: We are not responsible for the duration of the customer tagging. The duration and management of the tagging process are solely at the discretion of the developers. After the site visit, the developers will handle the next steps in the customer process.<\/p>\n

7. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

7.1 Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.<\/p>\n

7.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

\n– Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n

We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.<\/p>\n
